Whole Wheat Blender Pancakes

a good way to use your wheat

1 cup whole wheat
1 cup milk
mix in blender for 3-5 minutes
then add: 1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup oil (you can substitute 1/2 cup applesauce for oil)
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 TBL. baking powder
mix well adjusting milk to desired thickness. Cook on hot sprayed griddle.
In the summer I have added grated zucchini. Yum!
